I know it’s hard to believe that someone living in Jupiter, Florida would ever want to leave! This year, 2015, is the year my closest girlfriends all turn 40. We all decided to meet up and celebrate together, with a few other friends and all our husbands. Our destination, Costa d’ Este, Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida.

“As a top ten celebrity-owned hotel of the world*, Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa is a haven from the ordinary. The twin five-story, Miami modern inspired towers define chic sophistication with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa offers the pinnacle of unpretentious luxury for the most sophisticated travelers and laid-back beach enthusiasts alike. Vero Beach, Florida is often referred to as the “Hamptons of Miami.” This unaffected resort town offers the experience of Florida of yesteryear, with shorelines that still reflect an unprecedented natural integrity.”
For several years now I’ve had a thing for boutique hotels. The Costa d’ Este is now one of my favorites! The style of the hotel, the amazing food, the super friendly staff, the gorgeous pool, our ocean view room (LOVE), being beachside, and the complimentary mojitos all help you feel pampered and relaxed!

Located right in the heart of Ocean Drive Shopping District, there are a ton of cute little boutique stores and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Although, you may not even want to leave. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfast at the The Wave Kitchen & Bar, right in the hotel. Be sure and try the Cuban inspired Eggs Benedict…it is amazing!!
